This Cup, LLC Member Program Terms and Conditions

Membership

1.     Membership is available to all qualifying individuals’ ages 18 years and over.

2.     Membership fee is for one twelve (12) month period from the date of enrollment.

3.     Membership allows purchase of products manufactured by This Cup, LLC at wholesale prices.

4.     This Cup, LLC reserves the right to refuse membership to any applicant and membership is revocable without        cause.

5.     Membership is subject to any and all rules policies and procedures adopted by This Cup, LLC including our privacy    policies, which may be amended from time to time without notice.

Membership Fees

1.     The annual membership fee is currently $49.99.  Membership fees are subject to taxation in accordance with  applicable federal and state law. 

2.     Membership fees are non refundable.

3.     Prices subject to change at renewal.

Terms; Automatic Renewal; Billing

1.     The Membership term is one year, from the date of purchase.

2.     When an expired membership is renewed, the new membership term is one year, beginning on the date of renewal.

3.     Within thirty days of expiration you will receive a renewal notice by mail or email each year.

4.     Membership fees will be billed annually to the payment information on file.

5.     Members must maintain current or update billing information on file.

Cancellation; Termination

1.     You have the right to cancel your membership at any time. 

2.     Failure to maintain accurate billing information may result in membership termination.

3.     Membership fees are non refundable.

4.     Membership cancellations will be accepted by written notification only.

5.     This Cup, LLC reserves the right to terminate membership with notice if such membership violates any provisions  of this Agreement, applicable laws, or otherwise be harmful to our interests. In the event of such termination, you  will not be entitled to a refund of your membership fee.

6.     In the event of termination, This Cup, LLC may or may not offer a prorated refund.

       

Autoship Program

If you have elected to participate in the optional Autoship Program, the following terms apply:

1.     By enrolling in the Autoship Program I understand that I will automatically receive the items I selected on a monthly  basis.

2.     I may cancel my Autoship order at any time and for any reason by submitting a written request to This Cup, LLC at  least 5 business days before the next scheduled shipment of the Autoship order.  I understand that cancellations  received less than five business days before the next scheduled shipment will become effective the following  month.

3.     I authorize This Cup, LLC to automatically withdraw payment for my Autoship order using the method of payment identified on file.

4.     This Cup will only withdraw payment equal to the amount of the products I have selected, plus shipping and  processing, and any applicable sales tax.

5.     I understand that products will ship when payment clears.

6.     Cancellation of my participation in the Autoship program does not automatically cancel my This Cup Membership.

 General Policies and Privacy

1.     This Cup, LLC Member wholesale discounts are available for This Cup merchandise only. 
The healthy coffee is not a part of This Cup, LLC.

2.     All coffee products thereof are sold and shipped from the Organogold Company.

3.     We respect your right to privacy.  As a member, the information we capture will be subject only to This Cup, LLC.
